Frequently Asked Questions
×Everything you want to know about our treats — ingredients, freshness, feeding, and shipping.
We bake and ship every order within 2–3 business days, and we deliver across the US. Orders over $35 ship free within the US. Ordering from outside the US? Email us at hello@fluffynotes.com first and we'll sort it out together.
Yes — our Classic Crispy Duck Slices are made with 100% duck breast and contain no chicken at all. As always, check the full ingredient list on the product page first.
Some of them, yes! Our cat-friendly picks include Calico Cat-Shaped Chicken Cookies, Daisy-Shaped Chicken Cookies, Mini Bone-Shaped Chicken Cookies, Mini Cheese-Shaped Chicken Cookies, Mini Chocolate-Shaped Chicken Cookies (made with pet-safe carob — no real chocolate), Mini Yarn Ball-Shaped Chicken Cookies, and Classic Crispy Chicken Slices. Look for the cat-friendly note on the product page — all other treats are made for dogs only.
Never. No preservatives, no artificial colors, no fillers — that's our promise. Any color you see comes from real ingredients themselves, like pumpkin, beetroot, or carob.
Real food, first and foremost. Most of our recipes start with real chicken breast, plus wholesome additions like vegetables, goat cheese, and rice flour. We never use preservatives, artificial colors, or fillers — and you'll find the full ingredient list on every product page.
Because we bake without preservatives, freshness matters. Please follow the best-by date printed on each pouch, store treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal the bag after opening. For the longest crunch, enjoy them soon after opening.
Treats should make up no more than 10% of your pet's daily calories — think of them as snacks and training rewards, not meals. Break treats into smaller pieces for small pets, and always keep fresh water available. When in doubt, check with your veterinarian.
Very close — but not identical. Every batch is handmade in our family kitchen, so slight variations in shape, size, or color are completely normal. Same recipe, same ingredients, same love in every bag.
